Welcome to Abacot Hall Bed & Breakfast

A gracious Georgian-style home in old town Niagara-on-the-Lake situated on a half-acre of private park-like grounds.
 

Your hosts, Allen & Jackie, are from Shanghai, China. They have traveled to many places for business and family vacations, and realize the importance of comfort and tranquility while away from home. In 2019, they decided to settle down in Canada.

 

They are both passionate about providing the highest Guest Experience. Through their attention to detail, they ensure their guests will have a smooth, seamless, and pleasant stay. Their lovely parents, Xiaoming and Nancy, usually come and help during summertime. They all hope to have the opportunity to welcome you to Abacot Hall.

Welcome to Niagara-on-the-Lake

Niagara-on-the-Lake, named "The Prettiest Town in Canada", is a mecca for wine lovers, theatregoers, and those who like to shop. It is the home of the Shaw Festival Theatre and many historical sights. The old town is a photographer's and artist's dream.

From Abacot Hall, you can take a relaxing walk (15-20 minutes) through the tree-lined streets, admire the beautiful gardens and historic homes on the way to the theatres, shopping, or visiting historical sights. There are also many excellent restaurants within a 3-5 minute walk.

A short drive (25 minutes) along the beautiful Niagara Parkway is one of the world's most remarkable natural wonders -Niagara Falls and many other attractions you should not miss.

All three of our individually decorated, air-conditioned rooms offer antique and handcrafted furnishings, comfortable beds and a bright, spacious atmosphere.

 

Each room has its own private en-suite bathroom with showers. Our inviting rooms are perfect for a relaxing vacation or a romantic getaway.
